2 hour Party Pavilion Reservation: $125 + Admission

Party Times:
- Friday: 1:30 PM & 4:00 PM (October Only)
- Saturday: 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM, & 3:30 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, & 3:00 PM
What's Included:
- 2-hour pergola rental (includes setup & cleanup time)
- 2 large picnic tables + a table for cake & gifts
- Mini pumpkin decorating with markers for kids
- Animal Feed Cups for the kids in your group.
- $125 reservation fee (covers the guest of honor + 2 additional guests)
- Guest admission is paid separately at check-in. Hosts can choose to cover all guests, just the kids, or have each family pay individually.
Additional Info:
- Full $125 payment due at booking ($75 non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations 4+ weeks in advance are refunded minus the deposit.
- Events can be rescheduled within the season without losing the deposit.
- No alcohol. Outside food & drinks are welcome, but no refrigeration or electricity is available.
- Weather plan: If it's a light rain, we’ll move your party inside the main barn. For a heavy rain, rescheduling is available—just give us a call!
2 Hour Private Party (After Hours): $350

Pricing:
- $350 for up to 30 people (2-hour rental)
- $150 per additional hour
- $10 per additional guest (max 120 people)
- Seating for approx. 60 people at picnic tables
What's Included:
- Use of the main open-sided barn with picnic tables
- Electricity available for crockpots (no refrigeration)
- Bring your own food or arrange catering (caterers must contact us in advance)
- No alcohol (bar options available upon request)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Corn cannon (prepaid per-shot fee, limited operating time)
- Barrel train rides (available for an additional fee)
- Fire pit ($75, weather permitting)
Booking & Cancellation:
- Full payment due at booking ($100 non-refundable deposit)

4 Hour Private Party: $260- Available Nov 7 - Nov 21 Dec 5 - Dec 14
Private party on the farm when we are not open to the public. Admission is not charged for each guest.

What’s Included?
- 4-hour rental (includes setup & cleanup)
- Main Barn: Open-sided space with picnic tables
- Milk Barn: Enclosed, climate-controlled space for food & gifts. Can seat 28 people around the table as pictured.
- Bring your own food or catering (caterers must coordinate serving needs)
- Unstaffed activities, including petting the animals
- Accommodates up to 80 guests, which includes seating at picnic tables in attached open-sided barn. (larger groups, contact us for pricing)
Additional Information
- Setup and cleanup must be completed within your 4-hour rental. All items must be removed before your end time.
- Staff will arrive 15 minutes before your end time to empty trash and clean surfaces.
- Full payment is required at booking, including a $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made at least 4 weeks in advance will be refunded minus the deposit.
- Events can be rescheduled within one year without losing the deposit.
- No alcohol permitted. Contact us for bar service options.
- There are outlets for crock pots, however refridgeration is not available.
- Fire pit available (weather permitting) for $75.
