Payment is taken at the time of sign up but your card will not be charged until your application is approved. If your application is not approved we will let you know. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email and reminders as each festival date approaches. Booth space fees will not be prorated or refunded except 30 days prior to the event or in the event of an entire cancellation/rescheduling by us.

• Spaces are 12'x12' and arranged in the central grassy area of our farm.  
• Spaces are $30 for a single space or $50 for double spaces, for each event.  
• Spaces may not be shared by two or more vendors or sub-rented to another vendor without our permission.   
• Please bring the items you’ll need to set up and conduct business.  
• There is no water or electricity available at the sites but there are porta pots and hand washing stations on the premises. 
• Well behaved pets are allowed on leashes and kept in your booth space. Please pick up after your pet.    
• NO WIFI provided.
• Smoking, vaping, or loud noise/music are not permitted in the booth area

• We are a family establishment and wish to keep our events positive and fun for all those in attendance. 
• Offensive, provocative, or negative content will not be permitted. 
• Please dress appropriately for young eyes.   
• Please keep this a political free zone. No campaigning.   
• We reserve the right to ask vendors who display inappropriate content or act in a manner that is rude, disrespectful, or otherwise bothersome to leave without refund.  

• Tent for shade/cover and weights to hold it in place should it be windy. 
• Tables, chairs, and any items needed to conduct business.  
• You may bring your own food/drink, but not alcohol. There will be food on site available to purchase.  
• Mobile internet if needed for taking customer payments. Wifi is not available.

• Each vendor space will receive a pass for up to 4 people.
• 1 vehicle per vendor. Please let us know if you will have a second vehicle or trailer. 
• Vehicles are not permitted in the vending area except for during posted set-up and tear down times.
• Setup begins 2 hours before event start. 
• Vehicles need removed from the vending area 20 minutes before we open. 

You are individually responsible for handing sales tax if applicable. The current Cass County sales tax rate is 5.85% and 2.85% for food.
