We set up a reserved gathering space for your group under the pergola for 2 hours. There are 2 large picnic tables and a table for cake and gifts. We line the picnic tables with mini pumpkins and markers for the kids to get artsy!
There is a $125 set up/reservation fee, which includes admission for the guest of honor and 2 additional guests. Admission is charged for each of your guests, at our regular rate. You can pick how you’d like to have your guest’s admission covered. Each family does it differently. You can pay for all guests, pay for the kids and let their families pay individually, or let each guest pay their own admission.
Friday birthday parties are scheduled at 1:30pm & 4:00pm.
Saturday parties are scheduled at 10:30am, 1:00pm, and 3:30pm.
Sunday parties are scheduled at 10:00am, 12:30pm, and 3:00pm.
You are welcome to bring food/refreshments. Refrigeration is not available and electricity is limited.
Birthday party deposit is $75. Deposits made by card will have a 3% convenience fee added. If you cancel more than 3 weeks out you'll get a full reservation refund, minus any processing fees if you paid with a credit card or app. If you pay by check or cash the refund is for the full amount. If you cancel within the 3 week period the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are able to rebook your time slot we will refund your deposit, minus card/app processing fees.
If it's rainy you can still hold your party here! We'll move your reserved space into the main barn. You'll have plenty of room for your guests and the kids will have access to the corn pit and hay tunnel under the same roof. The silo slide and animal barn is just outside that area too. If it's a total wash-out weather day, just call, we'll help you reschedule.
We host wedding and other large private events throughout the year. Please talk with Kelly to get details and pricing.
Weeknights or weekends after we close. $250 for up to 30 people for 2 hours. $150 for each additional hour.
Includes the use of the main open-sided barn area for gathering space with the picnic tables. Some activities may be limited in duration due to daylight and staffing. Please discuss with Matt or Kelly what your group’s needs are. The open sided barn has electricity available for crockpots. You may bring your own food or have it catered. Please have your caterer contact us for serving arrangements.
Use of the corn cannon is an additional prepaid per-shot fee and will be limited in operating time. The barrel train may be available for an additional fee for a set amount of time as well.
