Includes: 

• 4 hour time includes your setup and cleanup time. 
• Use of the main open-sided barn area for gathering space with picnic tables. 
• Enclosed AC/Heated "Milk Barn" for food, gifts and gathering. 
• You may bring your own food or have it catered. Please have your caterer contact us for serving arrangements. Refrigeration not available.
• Access to all of our unstaffed activities including petting the animals.  
• Party size: up to 80 people. (Please contact us for pricing for larger groups)

Additional Information:

• Please allow yourself enough time to setup and cleanup during your 4 hour time. Removal of your items is required prior to your end time. 
• We will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your end time to empty trashcans and wipe surfaces down. 
• Full payment is due at the time of booking which includes a $100 non-refundable deposit.  If you cancel your event 4 weeks before your date, you will receive a refund minus the $100 deposit. Events may be rescheduled for up to 1 year of the original booked date without losing your deposit.
• No Alcohol. Please contact us for bar options if desired.  
• Depending on weather, the fire pit may be available for an additional charge of $75.

Birthday party times:

Friday: 1:30pm & 4:00pm. 

Saturday: 10:30am, 1:00pm and 3:30pm.

Sunday: 10:00am, 12:30pm and 3:00pm. 

 Includes: 

• 2 hour time includes setup and cleanup time. 
• Reserved pergola space for your group for 2 hours. 
• 2 large picnic tables and a table for cake and gifts.  
• Picnic tables are lined with mini pumpkins and markers for the kids to get artsy!  
• $125 set up/reservation fee, includes admission for the guest of honor and 2 additional guests. 
• Admission is charged for each of your guests, at our regular rate, and is due upon the host's arrival. Check in at the admissions building.  
• You can pick how you’d like to have your guest’s admission covered.  Each family does it differently.  You may pay for all guests, pay for the kids and let their families pay individually, or let each guest pay their own admission.    
• You are welcome to bring food/refreshments, but no alcohol.  Refrigeration and electricity are not available.

Additional Information:

• Full payment of $125 is due at the time of booking which includes a $75 non-refundable deposit.  If you cancel your event more than 4 weeks before your date, you will receive a refund minus the $75 deposit.  Events may be rescheduled for the remainder of the season without losing your deposit. 
• If it's rainy you can still hold your party here!  We'll move your reserved space into the main barn.  You'll have plenty of room for your guests and the kids will have access to the corn pit under the same roof.  The silo slide and animal barn are just outside that area too. If it's a total wash-out weather day, just call, we'll help you reschedule!

Birthday party times:

Please contact us for availability. 

 Includes: 

• Weeknights, Friday or Sunday after we close.  
• $350 for up to 30 people for 2 hours.  
• $150 for each additional hour.  $10 per each additional person. Maximum 120 people. (There is seating at picnic tables for approximately 60 people)
• Use of the main open-sided barn area for gathering space with picnic tables. 
• The open sided barn has electricity available for crockpots. No refrigeration available.
• You may bring your own food or have it catered. Please have your caterer contact us for serving arrangements.  
• No Alcohol. Please contact us for bar options if desired.  
• Some activities may be limited due to daylight.
• Use of the corn cannon is an additional prepaid per-shot fee and will be limited in operating time.  
• The barrel train may be available for an additional fee for a set amount of time as well.
